#recipe : The best avocado egg salad

DESCRIPTION

Avocado Egg Salad – no mayo right here! simply avocados, eggs, herbs, lemon juice, and salt. specifically good on an everything bagel. just pronouncing.

INGREDIENTS

2 avocados
8 eggs
a handful of dill
a handful of parsley
juice of one lemon
a pinch of salt
a drizzle of olive oil (as needed)

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Hard boil the eggs. cover the eggs with water in a saucepan. deliver to a boil, turn warmness off, cover and relaxation (on hot burner) for eight-10 mins. Run under cold water and damage off the shells. reduce the eggs into small portions.

2. Mash the avocados. Mash the avocados in a bowl with the back of a large wood spoon till primarily clean.

3. Blend and serve. mix the eggs with the avocados, herbs, lemon juice, salt, and olive oil in case you need it. Serve right away at room temperature, or relax and serve bloodless.
